Using this card's inherited effect, I trash a digivolution card with the effect "when effects trash this card from digivolution cards" and try to play a card with DigiXros.At such times, if I activate [EX10-064 Yuu Amano & Nene Amano]'s effect and place the trashed card under the card with DigiXros, can I activate the trashed card's "when effects trash this card from digivolution cards" effect?

No, you can't activate it. When a card with an effect that's pending activation leaves its current area while activation is pending, the effect can no longer be activated. In this case, the trashed card's "when effects trash this card from digivolution cards" effect triggers when you use the effect to trash it from digivolution cards, however, it's removed from the trash before the effect can activate.
