Effect

[All Turns] When this Digimon would leave the battle area, return 1 yellow Digimon card from its digivolution cards to the hand.

No, it can't. You must choose all of the cards to place when you declare the DigiXros. After choosing them, the chosen cards are placed under the card to DigiXros. This card's [All Turns] effect triggers and activates when the chosen cards would be placed, so after activation has occurred, you can't re-do your choices for the cards to place for the DigiXros.
