I use this Digimon with EX9-001 [Koromon] in its digivolution cards to attack, and I use EX9-001 [Koromon]'s inherited effect to digivolve this card. Can I activate <Raid> in this card's inherited effects at such times?

No, you can't. <Raid> is an effect that triggers when a Digimon with this effect attacks. This card doesn't have <Raid> when it attacks, therefore <Raid> in its digivolution cards can't activate.
