Yes, you can. Even if you trash it, you play this card without paying the cost.
At the end of an attack by EX9-073 [Machinedramon] that has this card in its digivolution cards, I use this card's inherited effect to unsuspend EX9-073 [Machinedramon] and then try to delete it. At such times, can I activate EX9-073 [Machinedramon]'s [All Turns] effect and prevent it from being removed?
