If the 3 cards revealed with this card's [On Deletion] effect don't include both a card with [Monzaemon] in its name and a Digimon card with [Numemon] in its name, am I allowed to play one of the cards or add it to my hand, or do both cards have to be present?

Yes, you can add 1 card or play it even if only 1 card is revealed.
