No, you can't. A "by doing X" condition can't be met if only some of the required actions are performed. In order for the conditions for this card's [Hand] [Main] effect to be met, you must place 1 [Kazemon] and 1 [Zephyrmon] under your Tamer.

No, it digivolves from the Tamer as-is. It isn't treated as a Digimon that digivolves, therefore "when a Digimon would digivolve" effects and "when a Digimon digivolves" effects don't trigger. In addition, this digivolution requirement can be used to digivolve a Tamer even if a "Digimon can't digivolve" effect activates.
