Can I use this card's [When Digivolving] effect to unsuspend this card if it digivolves while suspended?
I have a Digimon with this card in its digivolution cards. If that Digimon is already unsuspended, does an effect that reads "unsuspend 1 of your Digimon" activate this card's inherited effect?
