Can this card's [All Turns] effect be activated a number of times equal to the number of copies trashed when multiple copies of the specified card are trashed simultaneously?

After I attack with this card and play a specified Digimon with its [When Digivolving] [When Attacking] effect, can I then suspend that Digimon with <Alliance>?
