The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.  However, if you first activate <Ascension> and this card is removed from the trash, the other effects on this card that were pending activation can no longer activate.

Accepted Answer

It's treated as a Digimon effect.  When an effect from a DUAL Card's Digimon side is activated, it is treated as a Digimon effect.

While the effect "Option cards don't activate [Security] effects" is activated, can this card's [Security] effect activate when it is checked?

Accepted Answer

No, it can't. Since DUAL cards checked from the security stack are treated as both Digimon and Option cards, it can't be activated.
