The [All Turns] effects on both EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE]s activate and their DPs become 15000. Because the DP of your opponent's EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE] becomes 15000, the [All Turns] effect on your EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE] will activate. In turn, this causes the [All Turns] effect on your opponent's EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE] to activate, it can no longer be affected by the +3000 DP from this card's effect, and this [All Turns] effect will give it +3000 DP. In addition, the conditions for both [All Turns] effects will still be met even after your opponent's turn ends and this card's effect is lost, and the DP becomes 15000 for both.
