Q1 Q5020
What does "effects don't affect" mean, exactly?
Show ruling
Official Ruling
This effect prevents a card from being affected by effects. For example, your Digimon won't suspend if it's chosen for a "suspend 1 of your opponent's Digimon" effect, and its DP won't be reduced by 3000 if it's chosen for a "1 of your opponent's Digimon gets -3000 DP" effect.

Q3 Q5022
Can a card that has an "effects don't affect" effect be given an effect?
Show ruling

Yes, it can. It won't be affected by it, but it can be given an effect. However, if an effect such as <Security A.> is given to a Digimon that isn't affected by effects, the Digimon won't be considered to have that effect.

Q7 Q5026
My opponent only has 1 BT5-112 [Omnimon Zwart Defeat] in the battle area. If that BT5-112 [Omnimon Zwart Defeat] is deleted and this card is chosen as its [On Deletion] effect, is this card deleted?
Show ruling
Official Ruling
Yes, it's deleted. If this card's [All Turns] effect activates while your opponent has a Digimon with 13000 DP or more, as soon as that Digimon leaves, the effect will no longer be activated.

Q8 Q5202
Both I and my opponent have 1 EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE] in our battle areas, and I have a Digimon with an original DP of 13000 or more. Since I have a Digimon with an original DP of 13000 or more, the [All Turns] effects on both EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE]s activate and their DPs become 15000. If my Digimon with an original DP of 13000 or more leaves the battle area, what happens to the [All Turns] effects and DP of both our EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE]s?
Show ruling
Official Ruling
The [All Turns] effects on both EX10-010 [BlackWarGreymon ACE]s remain activated and their DPs become 15000.
