My opponent chose this card as the target to return to the hand for P-153 [MagnaGarurumon]'s [When Digivolving] effect. Before returning it, if this card's [All Turns] effect interrupts, my opponent chooses the P-153 [MagnaGarurumon] that activated the [When Digivolving] effect as the target for deletion, but P-153 [MagnaGarurumon]'s <Armor Purge> prevents it from being deleted, is the "if this effect didn't delete" condition met, preventing this card from leaving?
