Can I use this card's [On Play] [When Digivolving] effect to suspend either my Digimon or my opponent's Digimon?
My Digimon attacks an opponent's Digimon using <Vortex>, and I use this card's [All Turns] effect to play EX11-062 [Shoto Kazama]. Can I then use EX11-062 [Shoto Kazama]'s [Your Turn] effect to change the <Vortex> attack target to a player?
No, you can't. EX11-062 [Shoto Kazama]'s [Your Turn] effect allows players to also be chosen as the attack target at the time of an attack declaration. It doesn't allow for changing the attack target.
