Such effects prevent your opponent from playing XX by effects. With this card's effect, your opponent can no longer play Digimon by effects such as BT10-018 [Gaossmon]'s [On Deletion] effect or BT16-048 [TyrantKabuterimon]'s [When Digivolving] effect. This effect affects the opponent player.
