Does this card's [Your Turn] effect trigger when this card is in the breeding area and would digivolve into a card with the [CS] trait?

I have this card in the digivolution cards of a Digimon with <Alliance>. If that Digimon attacks and I use this card's inherited effect to play a Digimon, can I then use <Alliance> to suspend the played Digimon?
