This card has BT16-016 [Patamon] in its digivolution cards and attacked an opponent's Digimon that has 1 digivolution card. At such times, can I use BT16-016 [Patamon]'s inherited effect to trash the digivolution card of the opponent's Digimon and then activate this card's [Your Turn] effect?

No, you can't. This card's [All Turns] effect triggers when this card attacks an opponent's Digimon with no digivolution cards. It won't trigger if it attacks a Digimon with digivolution cards, therefore you can't activate it.
