No, you can't.  A "by" condition can't be met if only some of the required actions are performed.  The conditions for this [Main] effect require you to suspend this Tamer and trash an Option card from your hand or your Digimon's digivolution cards.

2 copies of this card are in the battle area.  Can I activate the [Main] effect on both copies of this card and digivolve my Digimon into 1 card with [Three Musketeers] in its text or the [TS] trait with the digivolution cost reduced by 2?
