Yes.If the Digimon isn't played or digivolved by an effect and you don't process the "you may suspend" effect to use the [Once Per Turn] limit, it triggers the next time a Digimon is played or digivolved.If the Digimon is played or digivolved by an effect, the condition "if played or digivolved by an effect" is met even if you don't process the "you may suspend" effect, requiring the delete effect to be processed which uses the [Once Per Turn] limit.
